Easy to Find Ingredients and Nice Variety of Recipes

Plenty of great recipes in here, and since I finally learned how to print from my Kindle it's even better. I highlighted the ones I liked and then kept them in a binder so I can go back through them.

The smoothies are surprisingly filling. I thought I would be really hungry on this plan but I'm not. Very good, easy to find ingredients, and plenty of variety.

Easy to set up recipes that are also delicious. Along with his other book "The Body Reset Diet", I have not found a day that I am not satisfied. I am 70 and still work out regularly. This plan for eating has really helped to keep me going, kept me interested, and taught me how to eat again. Simple, simple....varied and interesting. Thanks!

I love these recipes!!!

These are some amazing recipes and I cannot wait to try them out!! I am impressed and I did research on him before I made this purchase. I am very glad that I did. I already started walking 10,000 steps every day for nearly 2 weeks now and I have noticed a huge difference and I finally tried the breakfast smoothie. This plan is doable and I am ready to move into it!!!
